Document management

The Document Management System allows for the categorisation and allocation of documents and other resources in your system. Documents are accessible in all modules of Printed Circuits Professional for browsing and manipulation.

The DMS is compatible with any type of document from Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat PDF, Outlook email, any image formats, etc… The features of the Document Management System are:

  • Enables the association of any documents (sent or received) with customers, suppliers, products, contacts and employees.
  • Allows any document to be accessed from within Printed Circuits Professional
  • Document Registration allows new types of resources/documents to be defined for allocation
